Monthly Maintenance Fees	A maintenance fee of $6.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $1,500.00 any day of the monthly statement cycle. A transaction fee of $0.15 will be imposed for each item deposited in excess of 150 per the monthly statement cycle regardless of balance. A transaction fee of $0.15 will be imposed for each debit in excess of 50 transactions (withdrawal, check paid, automatic transfer or payment out of your account) per the monthly statement cycle regardless of balance.

To open an account, please bring in the following:

• Valid driver's license

• $100 opening deposit

• Updated proof of address if not correct on driver's license

For Business accounts, verification of business ownership is required (25%+ and managerial responsibility). Please contact a new account representative with any questions.
