This Privacy Policy describes how Fidelity Bank collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our websites, Online Banking services, and the FBOT Mobile application. Internet / Weblink Privacy

Fidelity Bank does not collect identification information from individuals solely as a result of visiting the Bank's website. We may, however, collect information relating to use of our website and Online Banking services, such as the frequency and duration of access and information regarding transactions initiated through Online Banking.

We use this information to generate statistical and operational reports and to help us evaluate and improve our websites, Online Banking services, and the services we provide to our customers.

Information submitted to Fidelity Bank through email, online applications, or other electronic forms may be used to process requests for products or services, respond to inquiries, and provide requested services. Fidelity Bank does not sell this information.

Our websites may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Fidelity Bank is not responsible for the privacy, collection, use, or security practices of third-party websites or services. Mobile Application Privacy

This Privacy Policy also applies to FBOT Mobile, Fidelity Bank's mobile banking application. FBOT Mobile may request access to certain features or information on your mobile device to provide banking services and application functionality. Access to these features is subject to the permissions you choose to grant through your device.

Camera

FBOT Mobile may request access to your device's camera to provide features requiring image capture. These features include mobile check deposit and the ability to scan QR codes when using supported payment services, including Zelle®.

Camera access occurs when you use a feature requiring the camera and grant FBOT Mobile permission to access it. You may decline or revoke camera access through your device settings; however, features requiring the camera may not function as intended.

Contacts

FBOT Mobile may request access to contacts stored on your device to support certain payment features, including Zelle®. Contact access allows you to conveniently select a recipient from your device's contacts when sending money.

You may decline or revoke access to your contacts through your device settings. If contact access is disabled, you may need to manually enter recipient information when using applicable payment features.

Mobile Device Permissions

FBOT Mobile will request permission before accessing device features when required by your device's operating system. You can review, grant, or revoke these permissions through your device settings.

Fidelity Bank uses information accessed through mobile device permissions to provide the banking services and application functionality requested by you and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Children's Online Information Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information through our websites or mobile application from children under age 13. If a child whom we know to be under age 13 sends personal information to us online, we will use that information only as necessary to respond directly to the child, notify a parent or guardian, or seek parental consent as appropriate.

Notice of Right to File Complaint
